Director of Marketing

Faith has been working in marketing with Rawls Law Group since 2013. In 2017, she grew into the role of our firm's Director of Marketing after transitioning from an agency setting. She spent the past ten years getting to know the ins and outs of digital marketing, social media platforms and building brands through digital channels. While Faith is well-versed in digital marketing, she works closely in traditional marketing channels, too, designing print ads and identifying key opportunities for our firm. She has worked for top brands in the Richmond area, including Lexus and Toyota. Faith has in-depth experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist, Account Executive and Designer, managing internal digital strategies as well as external third-party vendors to maximize campaign results. She has helped implement new technologies, IT solutions and build positive brand recognition for our firm through two large firm transitions. Faith has helped design and launch a variety of marketing campaigns, and has seen first-hand how successful a well-conceived and well-executed marketing initiative can be. Faith is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and also received a graduate certificate in Digital Marketing from the Rutgers Business School. Faith enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
